Goals - Q1 2019
Soo.. well. I am still in the planning stage, because I still have to work on the "how" part. Without the "how" my ultimate goals listed in my previous post will stay just dreams (or aternatively I can try praying).
So I start with the craft fairs - the aim is to attend my very first fair by the end of March. To achieve that I will need:
❥❥❥ Stock ❥❥❥
That is first. And I plan to create different styles and concepts to see what the customers will like. I believe around 100 piece together should do. I meat I were over the moon to sell like 15-20 on one day (is that number too low? or too high? god knows, because I don't)
❥❥❥ Display DIY ❥❥❥
I have a display set, but it is way to few.. I have DIY ideas to make more on a budget, but that's another post...
❥❥❥ Sort out the legal stuff like insurance ❥❥❥
I was told that local enterprise offices are great help, when I manage to get a day off from 9-5 I have to book an appointment and go by.
❥❥❥ Find a fair 😁 ❥❥❥
Then research, and prepare, prepare, prepare. For the first one I don't think I can invest into a card reading machine.. Is the lack of card payment discouraging shoppers? Or as my average price point is not too high, I should be just fine? Will see.
As per the reality of all these to be done, I am lucky in a way that in the next 6 weeks i am on my own, so don't need to do much housewife-wise with being away from my hubby on weekdays - what gives me the extra time I need to build up my stock, do planning, and finally organize my supplies.
Yes. Now That's one BIG job. I am certain that I will find stuff I don't even know I have (similar when I organize my wardrobe and find 5-10 outfits I absolutely forgot about).
And even it was mentioned above, the only other goal is make more stock (much more) - this is basically a repetitive goal. I'd like to a listing number of 150 (with the revenue of €2000) in my Etsy store by the end of March. (then dream about selling them all and going on a cruise to the Bahamas 😂)
I will be back with update on my progress, my new designs and more.
Love,
Kinga from NabroDesign
